Our Daily Haul-In Rate starts at $20 for the first horse/trailer. Each additional horse in the same trailer is $10 (ie two horses would be $30). Additional fee options are available for stall and pen use. Please be sure you have spoken to someone with our management office prior to using the payment link below.

Facility Use & Rules:

Haul-In customers must ensure they comply with all posted rules and limitations outlined herein. Other rules may be posted and not included here:

  1. All haul-ins must check-in with a member of our staff (red shirts) upon arrival and before unloading.
  2. Normal hours for haul-in access are 9am to 7pm, and 8pm from June through Labor Day. Can differ during sanctioned events, clinics, or if engaged in lessons with a trainer. Member access from 7am to 9pm.
  3. All horses which have been out of State, or at any event within Oregon in which a reported case of disease was found, must have a current Coggins and Health Certificate (CVI). All horses must be current on annual vacciations for EWT, Rhino/Flu, and be free from any signs of illness. We reserve the right to require proof of vaccinations but generally accept your confirmation of such.
  4. Access to both indoor and outdoor areans, as well as the round-pen. Use must be shared with other haul-ins and our boarding/standard members. Members do have priority. All Lessons with a Trainer also have priority use but will share arena where possible.
  5. Use of stalls, paddocks, or other pens is prohibited. Horses indoors may be hitched up on the west end of the arena outside the doublegates only, or in the arena if no other riders. Do not hitch up in the other aisles on the south and north ends. All hitching posts outside are available.
  6. Horses are not to be “turned-out” into any arena or round pen.
  7. Use of the south washbay only is permitted (hot water available). Washbay use is not available during farrier visits. North washbay is for members only.
  8. Horses may not be left unattended except for a brief bathroom trips, but ask if someone can watch your horse.
  9. NO DOGS. Only members are permitted to have their dogs so long as they are on a leash. Some member’s dogs are granted off leash priviledges.
  10. Children under 8 must be directly supervised by an adult not engaged in riding at all times.
  11. Non-members are not permitted to access the pasture areas, grain rooms, tack rooms, or equipment and storeroom. The area behind the bar is also reserved for employees/staff only.
  12. Trail access is available seasonally and is the only exception to entering the pasture area. May not ride along with guided tour groups due to Oregon State Guide & Outfitter laws and our own safety policies.
  13. All individuals with your party must sign our Liability Waiver prior to arrival. We implemented a new waiver on August 1st, 2021, so if you have not signed the new waiver please do so or you will be held up by staff upon arrival.
